All purchase orders must be signed by someone duly authorized to bind the buyer, and are subject to acceptance by Calispia©. The terms and conditions agreement cannot be altered except in writing by an officer of Calispia©.
All opening orders are shipped COD, Cashiers Check, Prepaid, or Credit Card (Visa/Master Card).
Net 30 Terms are available on approved credit to those submitting a Calispia© Credit Application, which has been completely filled out and signed by someone duly authorized to bind the buyer. Please allow 2 weeks for processing approved credit rating. Net 30 terms must be paid promptly or COD will be resumed. A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned check. All other orders are COD, Prepaid or Credit Card Payment (Visa/Master Card).
COD-Cash
Payment must be made to the UPS driver in the form of a business check or money order. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Late Payment:
A monthly service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be added to all past due accounts. No orders will be processed or shipped for past due accounts.
Minimums
Minimum Orders - Garments w/Graphics: 36 pieces per graphic- 6 garments style/color.
Minimum Orders - BLANKS: 6 pieces of each garment and the entire order must total at least $300.00.
New Customer Logo or Existing Customer Logo Garment
36 pieces per graphic - 6 per garment/style/color. (Your sales person will quote pricing for custom logo work.)
Custom Logos:
Calispia© has the capability to produce custom tapes of your logos or design. For Calispia© to address your request, we need camera-ready art or artwork on Macintosh formatted disk (art changes when required will be invoiced at $25.00 per hour). A tape deposit appropriate to the the desired size of the design is required and will be billed and payment due before any work is done. The prices for embroidering custom logos on our products will depend on the stitch-count.
Shipping/Return Policy
Delivery Timing and Methods
Initial Orders: 4-6 weeks delivery
Reorders: 2 week delivery
All orders are shipped VIA UPS Ground Track unless otherwise instructed. UPS shipments will be prepaid and billed. Please allow 7 to 10 days shipping days on all orders for delivery. Orders will be shipped F.O.B. Costa Mesa, California warehouse. Damaged or questioned merchandise must have a return authorization number from Calispia©, or it will not be accepted at our warehouse. Please Check Goods Upon Your Receipt. Return authorization must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and include the following:
- Account Number
- Invoice Number
- Style number or complete description of item
- Quantity
- Specific reason for return
Return authorization sticker must be attached to OUTSIDE of the package, showing the authorization number. Any merchandise not returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of authorization will NOT be accepted.
Credit will only be authorized for merchandise that is determined to be defective by Calispia©, or that does not correspond with the customer's purchase order. Calispia© holds the buyer responsible for correct spelling of name drops on the order forms.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders that are returned to Calispia©, unless we determine the product to be defective or does not correspond to the customer's order.
Cancellations
Embroidered product is custom embroidery; therefore orders are NOT subject to refusal. A 30-day prior ship date cancellation notice is required if you wish to cancel your order. Rush orders may NOT be cancelled.Garment & Thread Colors
Garment dyed product color cannot be guaranteed from one dye lot to another. Calispia© will select the thread colors and no returns will be allowed as a result of the selected colors. If there is a specific color you need to work with, we are confident that our color selection will satisfy you and your customer's needs.
